Add support for Dietary Statistics #143

Summary: This mod introduces a new attribute called food max. The attribute determines how much food and saturation can a player currently have. By default, the maximum food capacity is increased to 40. This means a player has twice the food capacity as a vanilla player. Yes, this means you can finally eat more food than ever.

Hunger is not sending a max hunger update on party join, showing 0.
