Funding towards community pool and artist, with majority stake refunding back to voter.
If a small fee goes to the BUIDL fund it benefits not only the artist but also the voters. This fee is set in the model below as 2.5%. Which makes it low enough for smaller voters, but becomes a high fee if its a single voter trying to influence a specific NFT.
7.5% goes to the artist as a reward, while the 90% is refunded back to the voter/staker.
