Hackathon

  1. Hackathon overview: introduce the hackathon along with its goal and focus.
  2. Schedule: breakdown detailed schedule of the hackathon, including key dates such as:
    • Registration deadlines.
    • Start and end times.
    • Team building, workshops or mentorship sessions.
  3. Resources: provide a comprehensive list of resources like links to recorded workshops or YouTube videos. Also provide a contact list to reach mentors, if any. Along with a telegram group (or a channel) in which hackers can ask and post info related to the hackathon.
  4. Prizes and judging criteria.
  5. Highlight the mentors and experts who can help through the hackathon with questions or insights.
  6. Rules or code of conduct: establish a thorough list of rules or eligibility requirements and their penalties for violating them.
  7. Frequently asked questions.

Venue

  1. Name, address and description.
  2. Facilities and amenities.
  3. Photos or videos.
  4. Transportation options.
  5. Nearby accommodations: recommend nearby hotels, Airbnb or related.
  6. Venue policies/rules: indicate what are the policies or guidelines that attendees should be aware of, like smoking regulations, alcohol policies, noise restrictions and expected code of conduct.

Information related to the speakers. This section will be available when there is enough amount of speakers to show.

  2. Community growth: how did the last event impact the community and what were the key successes of that growth.
  3. Partnerships/sponsorships from the last event.
  4. Highlight the broader impact that the event had in the community and how similar events can leverage the potential of collaboration among members of the community.
  5. Link to the upcoming event.
