German community admin and translation #19

Proposal / Description

I can look after the German community on the social media. Such as in Discord the German channel, Twitter and Telegram. And translate the website and media into German.

The translation of the website I have passed to Sampol18 in Discord as a text file. Except for the FAQs because I could not copy them from the website. On Crowdin I have logged in, the text to translate I can see, but unfortunately the text is locked. I think you have to release it so we can translate it too.
