Maintaining the open source code of callisto mining pool

Description

2miners mining pool is reaching more than 47.42% of total net hashrate of callisto,

And I would like to suggest maintaining an open source callisto mining pool & write a guide of how to deploy their own callisto mining pool

By doing this it is possible to decentralize the mining hash from whale miners, and it is possible to prevent 51 reorganization attack that happened last time

Funding goal

I would like to suggest 50,000 CLO for maintaining the source code of callisto mining pool & writing a detailed guide for newbie miners how to deploy their own callisto mining pool

It is one time payment and I will publish the repository on EthereumCommonwealth repository for miners to see the source code
