What is the problem?

This document is very incomplete. It's basically a pasted template at this stage.

Describe the solution you'd like

We need:

• [ ] High level overview of the process
  • [ ] with flow charts 😎
• [ ] A link for n00bs on how to get setup. With obsidian, and without.
• [ ] An extrapolation of the high-level process for people to do some deeper reading
• [ ] For people new to the process
  • [ ] How to find good first tickets
  • [ ] Links to first-time-contributor guides
• [ ] A link to a bounty board for tasks.
  • I don't know where this is going to exist, so... Maybe we put this off, but it needs to be remembered!

Should the contribution document still be split up by technical and non-technical documentation processes? Technically the flow is a bit different, and entirely different people groups will be engaging with each aspect, so I think yes, but it would probably be better to have links to 2 respective documents expanding on the specifics on how they differ.
