Front page: what should be the link for "Download Brochure" at the bottom of the "Forums & Workshops pane? #75

For now, I made it a static link to the most recent Ethical Enrichment brochure (e.g. http://www.nysec.org/sites/default/files/FALL%202016.pdf)

But we could also make it a link to page for Ethical Enrichment (e.g. http://www.nysec.org/adulted)

Or... isn't the whole pane for "Forums and Workshops" broader than "Ethical Enrichment"? Do we have a broader-scoped brochure?
