HL3-Full license designation #40

Currently, when you opt for "Enable All Modules", the URL contains the full list of module identifiers.

I'm thinking that we may want that to be "HL-Full" instead?

This was a regression caused by a refactor of mine. I have a PR with the fix in #42 which it would be great if you could have a look at @CoralineAda . :)
