Icon/image #8

The existing site has a really simple icon/graphic that's used in the layout, favicon, and OG:Image. It was something I threw together quickly in 2019 when the license site was first launched, and I don't particularly like it or want to use it.

Any suggestions on what we can do for the favicon and OG image in its place?
