Texture issue #21

healing axe is a nightmare, please fix this. I was tryna fix it myself in but i didnt see folder called extra utilities nor when searching healing/axe in assets. was going to edit in gimp and fix it

Also for food/health bar, that i havent had an issue on 0.9.1
