To ensure we're not over-spending, having an auto-stop behavior would be good.

Auto-stopping after 20 minutes of inactivity seems coherent.

Best option would be:

[ ] Adding a gmt-autostop project, providing an API for gmt-server and gmt-api to update last usage
[ ] Adding a middleware in gmt-api to notify gmt-autostop
[ ] Adding a middleware to gmt-server to notify gmt-autostop
