Investigate spacing in detailed tooltip view

Hi The "bonus to all pets" statement always had a blank line before and after. Even in game. But in game, Prefix/Suffix/BaseItem properties are mixed and the "bonus to all pets" have a fixed position in the end. That said, in TQVaultAE, when the "Detailed tooltip view" is enabled and the "bonus to all pets" is the only property in its category, i agree it looks a bit weird (picture on the left). I'm not shocked by the location of the property on the right picture (looks like in game).

As for "all pets", I think two blank lines in a row is a little too much, and one of them must be cut.
