Fix some missing relic tooltips on items [4.4.0] #505

In 4.3.0, items enchanted with Golden Scarab or Essence of Order relic would show up. (There might be others, those are the only ones I've found with the issue)

On 4.4.0 they are hidden vault4 4 0issue
