Mark "Refinery terminals" as special #88

Following https://github.com/EtienneLamoureux/sc-trade-tools/issues/78, it's still not entirely clear to new users that refinery terminals will not buy regular cargo. Add a warning tooltip similar to the hidden locations to indicate that those shops will only buy from mining ships.

Made obsolete by the fact that refineries will only now accept natural resources, not buyable commodities.
