Fix toolbar behavior, support modalStyle + animated property

This PR fixes the following issues:

• Support modalStyle property to handle Ti.UI.iPhone. MODAL_PRESENTATION_* constants
• Support animated property
• Fix the bug that the crop options appear beneath the toolbar.
• Refactor the project structure, build with latest Ti.SDK 5.0.2.GA
