Clean up ground truth #15

Some ground truth is incorrect/becoming 0 in the end. Do visual inspection to replace bad ground truth with Nan-values

Limited how close gt had to be in time in order to interpolate positions. Should maybe cut the beginning of ground truth when sound source is not playing a sound yet. The indecies less than the value given below should maybe be cut.
