Not able to copy/ page contents from ubuntu to base machine ( even after bidirectional setting is on)

Solved

Assuming you are not able to maximaze your ubuntu screen (by pressing right cntrl + f ) .

Once you are able to make the ubuntu screen full (hosted in virtualbox ) the copy paste issue gets resolve by itself.
