Unable to get USRP X410 (CG_400 FPGA image) QSFP28 port connected with Intel E810 2CQDA2 NIC, and both link LEDs on NIC and USRP don't blink.
Setup Details
Intel E810 2CQDA2 NIC, Windows 2019 Server, latest NIC driver, latest NVM firmware(4.0), latest Intel ProSet software; USRP X410 burned with CG_400 FPGA image, 1000M NIC connected with host PC; 2 pcs of 2-meter 100G copper cable connected with both ports on USRP X410 and E810 NIC. NIC is configured as 100G full duplex mode.
I have experience to have the X410 USRP (with X4_200 FPGA image) work with an Intel X710-DA4 NIC on Windows 2019 Server OS.
Changing the parameters of Intel E810 NIC, or exchange 100G cables doesn't solve the problem. Connecting port 0 with port 1 with the same 100G copper cable, and both port LEDs turn green and Windows report both port connected with 100G speed.
Expected Behavior
LEDs on NIC and USRP will blink and NIC ports will show as connected.
Actual Behaviour
Both link LEDs on NIC and USRP don't blink and Window reports nothing is connected to the NIC.
Steps to reproduce the problem
Burn the CG_400 FPGA image with USRP X410 and connect either USRP QSFP28 port to either Intel E810 NIC port.
Additional Information
The same E810 NIC works well with a N320 USRP with its QSFP+ port. It also passes self test with its ProSet software.
