Cannot grab handle to group feeds #268

Phone: Galaxy Note 4 Android: 6.0.1 Unrooted

When I attempt to grab the handle to move feeds into groups, it grabs the side slider for scrolling. There is no point between the grabbing of the handle and the slider, so the handler is un-grabbable.

BTW the handle is invisible.

I thought the handle was the 3 horizontal lines on the right side.
