Unable to toggle fullscreen in 64-bit OS #120

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Download opentyrian to a Win7 64-bit system
2.Attempt to toggle fullscreen via opentyrian menu or at+entr
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expected output: optyrian toggles between windowed and fullscreen mode.  
Instead it remains windowed

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

I am running Windows 7 Home Premium 64-bit as well, and I do not have this 
issue (using the 2013-04-04 build), so that's not the cause.

What graphics hardware do you have?  Poor-quality video-card drivers are a more 
likely cause.
