Runtime and JS API Geometry functionality #19

To what extent are you keeping the core functionality in the Runtime SDKs in sync with the ArcGIS API for JavaScript? I'm thinking especially about the Geometry namespace.

When supporting online services the runtime APIs keep pace with the javascript API, but as the runtime gains more features you will start to see runtime APIs diverge from the javascript.
