Create a github pages site for this repo #12

hosting the web site should be pretty streight forward using github pages and a \docs folder on the master branch. start with a simple index.md page in the /docs folder and turn on github pages

@nohorse Happy to take a crack at it. Do we want it as a documentation reference more than a stylized site? All markdown?

I;d say it's a maydown site that is the web site. so index.md to start and then we can link to other things. there are some templates in jeckel that are fine with me. something understated and simple would be my take.

haha, I just found that openeugene.org is currently pointing to another repo I set up in the past. it's has an example : https://github.com/OpenEugene/OpenEugene

sorry, i ran ahead a bit on this: https://eugtech.github.io/Open-Eugene/ because I'm trying to wrangle the domain pointing

I think the page is looking good. we can keep editing it, but I think we can close this issue.
