some feedback from a friend. when the moderar commected "im sharing this out" they didn;t know what that meant. Maybe we can do a splainer post on the blog for how the switchboard works

I was reading the cookbook and I think that we could copy and paste that into a blog post and then share that out. It is mostly still accurate but if we update it then that part will be done AND the post will be done. Two for one!
