weave the innovation hubs together in the valley. eugene, corvallis, independance, pull in the rural folks (ventta , cottage grove, etc)

"Oregon RAIN—a social venture created to advance the formation of high-growth innovative startup companies in Lane, Linn, Benton, and Lincoln counties—has received a grant of $100,000 from The Ford Family Foundation to expand its Rural Venture Catalyst model for entrepreneurial development.
