Portfolio modals issue 10 #29

created a separate EventModal component
pulls event details from data for now and passes to modal component

The links on the modals aren't doing anything on the preview - can you check that out? https://deploy-preview-29--boring-hugle-f096fb.netlify.com/

The event links should be clickable now. The modal had a role of dialog that was preventing mouse events in the area where the link was, so I removed that and now it seems to be working.
