Plugin suggest to load tags file even if it's loaded if tags has absolute paths to another repository #71

When tags file located in a repository and has absolute paths to another repository there are following problems:

  1. plugin suggests to load the tags file on each time user open tags menu
  2. plugin shows empty select tags menu on Ctrl+Shift+T
