Dear Tester,
Thank you for pointing out this issue. It has been clearly stated in the user guide under the FAQ section that contacts are considered as duplicates if they are the same type of contact, have the same name and same email (please see the following screenshot below).
In your screenshot, you have keyed in a buyer contact with the same name and same email. Hence, this is considered as a duplicate in our application and you are unable to add the contact. However, if the contact has the same name but different email, users are able to add them. Please see the following screenshots below where we are adding a buyer with the same name but different email.

For instance, I know that there are a number of Tan Hongyi(s) in Singapore. What if my buyers have the same name? The application does not allow for that.
