The default exim configuration is allowing spam #152

So I found out via a bunch of spam being relayed through my ajenti server that there is no "relay from hosts" option in the default exim configuration. I think having : 

hostlist relay_from_hosts = 127.0.0.1

and limiting relaying to only localhost is a better default option, as by not having it set at all its just letting all mail through.

I've created a quick pull request to show example fix, now in the right place haha:
