Disable advanced configuration when the maintenance mode is enabled. #167

If you enable the maintenance mode and have custom rules installed in your "Advanced configuration" tab it might cause an important issue (due to the "location /" duplication) for nginx to restart.

I suggest to do not load the advanced configuration rules when the maintenance mode is enabled :)
