Custom FTP user path #204

Hello,

I'm feeling the need to set a custom path for the FTP user of my website. Let's say my public web directory is /srv/test.com/public_html, but I want to access /srv/test.com as the FTP root folder. It would be cool to add that to the FTP tab inside the website configuration of Ajenti :)

Submitted #205 for revision, as I have near-zero Python skills, but I got it working on my own Ajenti installation.
