slow startup/background terminus #3194

So I've noticed terminus takes a surprising amount of time to start, some electron apps are faster so I'm not certain why. However, I have 1 proposal, when hitting the close button on terminus, instead of exiting completely leave it in the doc/running in the background.

Startup time is still extremely slow, around 2-3 seconds. Windows Terminal, for all its faults, starts more-or-less instantly.
