Acrylic background on Windows causes huge window-move latency #3552

Version: 1.0.134 Platform: win32 10.0.19041 Plugins: none

Fresh install of Terminus, performs as expected when Acrylic background is disabled in Settings > Application but when it's enabled with either Blur or Fluent mode the application "freezes" and struggles to follow the cursor; barely updating window position once a second.

Possibly unrelated, but moving the opacity slider causes the app to exhibit similar symptoms during the interaction with the slider, but once it is no longer being moved (regardless of the new opacity) the app functions as expected.

3505 touches on the same issue, but I believe this is a more specific issue pertaining to wanting to be able to use Acrylic mode rather than being satisfied with the workaround.
