Window bleeds onto other monitors #5233

Describe the problem: When window is maximized with Acrylic background enabled, window bleeds onto other monitors. Test with Alpha 168 on Windows 10 21H1.

To Reproduce: (With multiple monitors connected)

  1. Enable Acrylic Background
  2. Maximize window
