same issue. i tried multiple hosts, confirmed that not the system of host caused the promblem. I tried to reset recent changes, but not work.

still have this problem even i reinstalled tabby

Solved. It's old version trzsz cause this problem.

Uninstall it worked in my pc

uninstall trzsz
