9 months ago After any interactive app in GL/canvas shell on any server, the cursor goes missing, and mouse clicking and scrolling types characters. The pane must be closed.

Steps to reproduce:
- open a pane
- launch iotop, htop
- press Ctrl-Shift-R to restart the terminal -> unexpected result: cursor gone -> unexpected result: mouse actions are translated as text

Whenever using "interactive" applications (requiring screen refresh, etc), I get a blank screen:
After typing Ctrl+C to exit, part of the program does appear:
This happens with (so far): nano, htop, iotop. Are there any fixes? I've also tried using the xterm frontend and disabling sixel graphics.
