Repeated input when change input mode in MacOS chinese ime #7256

Describe the problem: When i type in chinese input mode such as "ls". It shows "l s"(there is a space between letters according to the pinyin) with a candidate box to choose chinese words. Now change to english input mode, It become "ls"(no space) in others app. But it's "l sls" in Tabby. Tabby keeps letters and spaces in chinese mode and appends letters without spaces.

Which version are you on and which IME are you using?

Which version are you on and which IME are you using?

1.0.184 from github. And I use the default chinese IME in macOS 12.6
