It needs scientific Internet 🪜 to install correctly

It is a pity that the official did not provide the network proxy method when installing the plug-in, nor did it provide relevant documents for manually installing the plug-in.

It seems that you can only install Tabby and install the plug-in through a PC that can access Github normally, and then copy the target plug-in from the plug-in directory to use locally.

@Eugeny Is Tabby using the system setting of proxy? It seems to me it does not on Windows. I do have Win on the company's laptop which needs to access the Internet via the company's proxy, but it does not seem to. Thanks.
