When you close it and open it again, it moves your typing area down. (Hard to explain)

Describe the problem: So when I open it, it basically doesn't show the prompt (because it scrolls down) (now when I scroll up)

To Reproduce: Open powershell (in tabby), close tabby and open it again. (I only tried on windows)

The problem differs on Mac, where it restores the history and prints "history restored," but then you must hit enter to start the session. But overall, I think the problem, in general, is that after it restores history, it does not create a session, so you hit enter, which creates the empty line that you mentioned.
