Tab status indicators #9792

I recently discovered Tabby and I like what I'm seeing, but one thing I'm missing is the status of a terminal being shown in its tab. If you're familiar with SecureCRT, its Tabs/Tiling appearance options is what I have in mind. Does Tabby have anything like that, and if not, would it be possible to add? Thanks!

I think adding a few example screenshots from SecureCRT would help here

Thanks for the speedy response. As requested, here are a couple of screenshots. I'm mostly interested in the "Connected", "Disconnect" and "New Input" (new text) indicators. "Inactivity" could be nice too but not important. These options could fit nicely in Tabby's Window / Tab settings area?

Thanks! Just as a note, Tabby actually has a "new output" indicator (an underline on the tab header)

I see. Perhaps that feature could simply be extended to show a different colour underline for disconnected status? Both status colours would ideally be customisable (with an "off" setting for people that don't want them) to fit with any theme.
