I have found a solution. Download the latest version of the installation package and reinstall it. You don't need to uninstall tabby, just install it directly

我也遇到了，log提示找不到文件[0801/150628.708:ERROR:registration_protocol_win.cc(107)] CreateFile: 系统找不到指定的文件。 (0x2) 我卸载重装才好，突然想起来第一次是全局安装，这次更新我选的仅为当前用户安装，不知道是不是这个原因导致的。
