Very slow console search speed #9973

Describe the problem: The search is very slow when you're trying to search in large console prints. Most of the times it freezes the program. When same search is done in other similar products like mobaXterm its super fast.

To Reproduce:

  1. Cata large log file cat some_log.log
  2. Press shortcut ctrl + shift + f and try to search anything

Same here on Mac. It's almost unusable.
