Inquiry Regarding FID Calculation for 3D Medical Images #3

Dear Dr. Euijin Jung, I hope this message finds you well. I recently read your paper and was impressed by your work. I'm currently working on a master's thesis in a similar area and have a question about calculating FID for 3D medical images. I've been searching for a standard code to do this but haven't had much luck. Could you please share the code you used for calculating FID for 3D medical images, or guide how to go about it? I appreciate your time and assistance.

I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to request your assistance regarding a specific component of the FID criterion calculation method for evaluating 3D medical images. While reviewing the fid_score.py file you provided, I noticed that the pretrained model used for the FID measurement is referenced as ae_axial.pth. However, I couldn't locate this particular file in the materials you shared with me. Hence, I kindly ask if you could provide me with the .pth file containing the weights of the pretrained model.
