Leftover empty device remains when merging #12

When merging devices from various integrations:

The following happens:

The first chosen device will list all merged integrations + their entities like expected, however.

When looking at the integration page of the merged devices there remains some empty device with the original name, also all merged entities rename their entity_id's (I'm guessing following the target device naming scheme)

Is that expected?

Expected, yes. Ideal, not sure. I don't think anything can or should be done about the renaming part. I'm not sure if there is a way around having the empty leftover device. I think the integration might depend on its existence. If it would be deleted, the integration might stop working completely, and I don't think device deletion could be reverted easily.
