MBP Logs Out #51

I have a MBP 15 2014. I connect it to an external monitor then disable the MBP's screen.

When I turn off my external monitor while the MBP's screen is still disabled, the MBP logs out automatically.

Same thing here. I nudged my HDMI cable while playing Portal and it lost contact - logged out.

I suspect it's some safeguard in macOS that makes sure there's always an active screen, or that it considers zero active screens the same as closing the lid.
