Won't let me install, so I'm not sure how to investigate any further. I just run the exe and it says no. I just found out about this so there's no way it's actually installed already.

Looks like another application is using the same Mutex as MoveToDesktop. The only option would be to change the Mutex in the Source Code. Maybe this should be an advanced option in the ini File
