SwitchDesktopAfterMove not working on Windows 10 Home Version 1703 (Creators Update) #45

Worked prior to update. Setting in ini hasn't changed. But desktop does not automatically switch when moving window now. The window does move like normal, but the desktop just doesn't switch to follow it.
