Add ability to save and load game

Add the ability for the player to save and load games

This should be done by saving all player progress to webkit localstorage variables to save should include things like

• save name
• player scene and location
• player inventory
• player health and buffs debuffs etc.

The player should be able to load previous saved games from said variables from both the main menu and the pause menu
