This corrects some mistakes with Regions Unexplored plants and foliage. This should add all the flowers and tall flowers and foliage into their proper place as well as marking dead leaves as not being effected by seasons (cuz they're dead lol).
I'll do the rest of the mod at a later time, for now this will do.
Also fixed a single entry with "fruitsdelight:hawberry_sapling" not having an underscore.
