Evaluate whether it's possible to use non-unique IDs in a pedigree, i.e. having the same IDs in different families.

Nice to have, but potentially over-complicates FamAgg code. Alternative suggestion: a method that unifies IDs by reproducibly and reversibly constructing a new ID from family ID and individual ID.
