Possible to put data (mzML files) on e.g. Metabolights? #11

@SiggiSmara , @BeppePaglia , from the informed consent or from the ethics on this project, is it possible to put the raw data (mzML files) to metabolights?

This is what is written in ethics request for the project:"I dati e il materiale potranno essere inviati o condivisi con collaboratori solamente in forma codificata. Qualora i risultati dello studio fossero riportati su riviste o comunicati a convegni medici, le informazioni riguardanti l’identità del soggetto saranno omesse e rese non identificabili". "Qualora i risultati dello studio fossero riportati su riviste o comunicati a convegni medici, questo avverrà nel rispetto della normativa sulla privacy". As far as there is no name for participants we are fine. Do you have something in mind?

Hm, does this also cover the full raw data or just the results? I was just thinking that it might be good/nice if we started to put also the data to repositories like metabolights - I think that reviewers and the community might appreciate that.

raw are not mentioned in the ethics.
